What do we attend to and what drops out as we become involved in giving a lesson?

In this 3-day Advanced Training we will explore the theme of how our students find or lose their base of support. Arlyn will address some of the common blind spots that appear in most people's self-image, and the way that impacts their ability to feel skeletal support. Expect a few surprises!

There will be 2 ATMs taught each day and the Functional Integration material will be related to the lessons. We will refine our ability to gather information about our student's organisation at the beginning and end of a lesson, through exploration of standing and weight shift. Throughout the process, we will also apply these ideas to our own self use.
