Strong Legs
What is neccessary for strength in the legs? More muscle, or perhaps a clearer use of what we have? When we move with grace & efficiency, force moves through the centre of each joint, wear on the joints is minimised, work is done by the bones rather than by muscle, balance & strength are clearer and easier. This workshop will be helpful to those wanting to improve as well as those having dificulty in the use of their legs.
